NUESTRO PROCESO

Perfection takes time, and that’s why each of our expressions starts with fully mature 100% Blue Weber agave. Grown for at least seven years in the mineral rich soil of Jalisco’s lowlands region, our agave is given the time it needs to develop the exquisitely complex flavors we capture during distillation. Our methods honor generations of tradition with a focus on quality, not quantity, and we always use at least 9 kilos of agave to make each liter of Sueños Global Tequila. This generous use of agave along with champagne yeast and deep well water gives our tequila its unique and complex flavors.
