Bright, refreshing and earthy. This cocktail truly tastes like a delicious refreshing green juice.<\/em><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– 6-8 muddled mint leaves
– 2oz Sue\u00f1os Reposado 
– 1oz spinach & apple juice 
– 3\/4oz lemon juice
– 3\/4oz agave syrup
– 4 dash celery bitters<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Glassware\/Garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Bucket cocktail glass 
– Star fruit, bee pollen & mixed edible flowers <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Muddle 6-8 mint leaves in mixing tin  
2. Jigger in tin – spinach & apple juice, lemon juice, agave 
3. Add 4 dashes of Celery Bitters 
5. Add ice 
6. Shake and strain over ice into bucket glass
7. Garnish with star fruit, bee pollen & mixed flowers  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Purist was all about creating a health conscious cocktail to pair with our 100% additive free Sue\u00f1os Tequila<\/strong>. A green juice cocktail that incorporates health and wellness into enjoying our favorite tequila!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Fresh pressed spinach-apple juice is a nutrient powerhouse. Together with mint and celery bitters, layers of herbaceous refreshment delight. I selected Sue\u00f1os Reposado<\/strong> in order to highlight these green characteristics and add honeysuckle and toasted agave notes. Sue\u00f1os Reposado<\/strong>\u2019s pure creation process and light aging produces a reposado in which the blanco is not lost but enhanced, and makes a perfect pairing in this cocktail. The star fruit garnish is refreshing and slightly acidic and gives a tropical look when added with florals. Bee pollen adds earthy notes and  represents the cultivation and pollination of agave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
